Yeh if you purchase it. I was wondering if it was my MacBook pro but why would I only be having the issue on input 3/4?

Okay, maybe we had a bad start and I misunderstood. I can say that it is because I am no native american/english and have to read twice or more to get it. Nevertheless my posting was a quick shot - excuse me please!
Additionally I thought the warranty and its law are the same all over the world. Thanks for telling that it is different in the US.
Please let us continue what j-kut suggested: Please test you audio interface with a different programme/software to test if it is a hardware issue or software related.
Thanks a lot in advance!
Cheers,
Steve

So it is definitely a configuration issue in DVS 7 LE. Can you post another config report please?

Thanks steve for being so patient with me on dealing with this issue. Do you want another screen shot? My only concern is I have tryed every adjustment possible that this program will let me and the same issue happens every setting I do.

Read all pages again, unfortnately I can not see the pictures posted - maybe my fault, some browser issue. But can you please double check if it is configured as follows:
Preferences -> Audio
First drop-down: ASIO 2.0 or U46MKII ASIO
44100 kHz @ 10ms latency
Left Input U46MKII Input 1 / U46MKII Input 2
Right Input U46MKII Input 3 / U46MKII Input 4
Output 1 U46MKII Output 1 / U46MKII Output 2
Output 2 U46MKII Output 3 / U46MKII Output 4
Output 3 (optional, usually not needed) U46MKII Output 5 / U46MKII Output 6
Routing Mode: External Mixer
This should be your config and with this config it has to work....usuall - let's find it out!

Steve

Well I think I found the issue. But I do not know how to fix it. I went back and downloaded Cross 1.5.0 and slowly back-cued the right table and the sound was flawless. So now I know it Is the 1.6 version that is my problem. Should I trash the 1.6 and reload it and see what happens?

If so please remove it completely including cleaning the registry with tools like CCleaner.
