Popping and cracking is driving me crazy [Solved]

Hello to everyone. Well I am about ready to give up. I have been trying for days to fix this issue and I am about ready to move on. First when I curing up another song the distortion starts worsening and when I am holding the other record backcuing the popping starts. Every few minutes I have to try to recal. Also when I am slowly moving the record back and forth while scratching the distortion is bad and pops occasionally. There is no way I can use this software during a show it stats sounding bad. Seems like I did not have this issue with the 1.5 version. I have tryed changing the buffer all over the place but not helping. I can not keep messing with the calibration all the time hoping it will not sound like crap in the middle of a set. I can not even slowly backcue while scratching without it sounds bad.

what are the specs of your computer? and with which latence do you work?

What are you talking about the latency. Are you talking about the sample buffer because I trying
Every buffer from lowest to highest but only slightly fixes it but never Sounds right

Specs are MacBook pro version 10.6.7 processor 1.83 GHz intel duo core 2 gb 667 MHz DDR2

Well now something else just happened with my mixvibes 1.6. My daughter had a party downstairs so I told her I would mix and play some hits. Well that was a joke and embarrassing. I was jamming loud and the louder I went the worse the sound got. So while playing I went a looked and saw that as I got louder with the bass it was shaking everytime it hit a beat the sounds went from 98% to 94 to 90 and soon it was below 50% and sounded like Word censored (guess you find it I love walking on it). Man if I go do a gig and play load music how the hell can this software work without playing loud music.

Update I started hooking and unhooking to find out where the problem is coming from. The problem is coming from 1 & 2 input/output. When I slowly cue 3 & 4 inpu/output which is turntable two back and forth there is no problem at all. Sounds
Great. Now When I slowly cue the other turntable from 1 & 2 input/output it sounds horrible unless I speed it up so scratching anything slow on this turntable is impossible to make it sound good.
