Can't read key from Mixed In Key

Hello,

I recently bought Mixed in key and I already had Mixvibes 7. Mixed In Key writes the key value to the mp3 (I confirmed it using MP3tag), but when I laod them in the MediaBase the key doesn't show up in the collumn. I've contacted Mixed In Key and also sent them my scanned files but they said that their software is working good it is a problem of Mixvibes. How can I solve this?

You have to save the id tags of the song with mp3tag or an other tag editor. Then Cross will "read" the Key.

I think he is using Mixvibes 7.

You are right. But he still can do that. Drop the tracks to a mp3 tag editor, mark all and save the tags so the Key field will be saved. If he uses 7.3 or 7.4 will "see" in the key in the column.
