Hi Guys and Gals.
Does anybody have a solution for this problem. After installing Cross 1.6.0 , my U-Mix Control Pro MIDI controller does not register. I've checked the MIDI settings/ status and it shows offline. When I run Cross 1.5.5, everything works fine.

Please help :(

Hi there,

Can you try launching the application after deleting your settings file located here :

MAC :
~/Library/MixVibes/Cross/Cross.settings
WIN :
username/AppData/Roaming/MixVibes/Cross/Cross.settings

By the way, would you send them to us so we can precisely check what's happening ?

Thank you in advance,
Nicolas.

Hey,

normaly the path is %Systemdrive%\User\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\.... (look at them from stick)

Otherwise you can look at Cross at preferences where the peak files are safed. Normaly they are stored at a subfolder where also the settings file is located.

[EDIT] Maybe you have to enable at the folder options: show hidden files and folders
The AppData is an hidden folder which is normaly hidden when the function is not enabled.

regards
Christian

The files or folders may be hidden. You will have to allow the files/Folder to be viewed.

That's what I did.

Hi Guys,

Thanx for the advise. I however still couldnt find the file. I then changed my asio sound device from U-Mix Control Pro to Asio4 All and everything seems to be working fine now.

Maybe the problem has got something to do with the U-Mix Control Pro Sound card itself- Dont no.

Still -Thanx for your assistance :)
