Hi, when i record my mixes. it saved as 1411kbps.
the file is too huge. can anyone help me reduce the kbps to like maybe 320 ?

select it in iTunes: right-click->convert to mp3 or aac.

you set the conversion-type in the itunes-preferences (import-settings)

Hi, you need to choose your sample rates, the higher the sample-rate will be the bigger the file will be. Here is a screenshot of the sample rate selector:
