ive just purchased the ion discover DJ system in the uk and have got a major problem

im using a sony vaio laptop with windows 7, i installed the cd software plugged in the mixer/decks to the usb slot and followed all instructions, plugged my new speakers in and thought i would be mixing away within mins

i want to mix songs using iTunes but wen i try to click on a song from the iTunes icon i get a message saying there is a software problem and windows shuts the program down!!!

ive reinstalled the software etc 5 times but still cannot do anything without the problem message coming up

please help me!!!

hi, are you telling me that my registering the software it will cure the problem?

im not very good with computers, how will i do this? any other ideas if this doesnt work?
