Sound Card issues

My mixvibes crosspack was working fine and then I turned it off and came back a few hours later and now it will not load Mixvibes ASIO U46MK2 driver. I just keep getting a message saying "Your U46MK2 is already used by some other processes. Quit them all and retry." So I've restarted PC and reconnected sound card. I've uninstalled and reinstalled audio drivers but still will not load drivers so I can't mix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also I get really bad sound from the output of channel 1 on my soundcard. I have to open the mixvibes panel board and take the output on channel 1 down to about -24.0de to hear decent sound but when I do this channel 1's volume is really low and I can't hear it all that well and I end up having to turn channel 1 fader volume all the way up to hear anything. Any ideas?

Since you´re new to the board,
i recommend you to do this, unless you already have.

I think your audio device is used as the default sound card on your system & is in use in an another process. Check in windows sound options that your sound card isn't the default one.

good tip, kill all wdm processes regarding the mixvibes-ai.
->deactivate it from window´s sound-prefs.

So that download you gave me seems to have fixed both issues because I can load driver and sound is much better from channel one. still get error saying some other process is trying to use asio driver though

Did you check your windows sound option? Stop this sound card as default!
