Simple issue.

I cannot register, what I do not have. While I purchased a Discover DJ system new from a chain store. It was Missing it's Software CD, so as it is I have a rather disappointing result. A nice looking board, and nothing to do with it. While I could easily list my Serial code for the Ion Discover DJ board I have, I do not know what that would really do for me.

cant you exchange it at the store, since you paid for something you didnt get?
I mean they have to take it back by law.

Have you tried contacting ION directly, after all it is there product. MixVibes just provided the software to go with it.

Write to them using there support network and explain your situation. If you have a sale receipt or a invoice send them a copy.

Hello, so your software was missing with your Ion Discover DJ, but did you receive the serials, if you have the serials then you can register yourself on the Forum and download the program that way!
