ambient glitch in Vfx

Hello everyone,

When playing a music video in either deck in Vfx, if you toggle to an ambient (to edit out inappropriate content) on and off, it freezes video playback on both decks. Audio continues to play. Restart is the only solution.

Anyone else experience this?

Have you tried going in the directory of Vfx and doing a reset of your software.

No, how do I do that?

You need to go in the Vfx folder where you installed the Vfx software and use the reset.exe program, once this is done it should solve a lot of your issues.
