Deck B distorted, any ideas? [Solved]

I hate for my first post to be asking for help but I've tried everything I can think of. I actually have two separate issues but I believe I've found an old thread to solve my cue/sound issue (still reserving the right to ask questions later!).
Please bare with me.
So... I've searched and found this thread: viewtopic.php?f=268&t=20378&p=126899&hilit=distorted#p126899
I set up exactly like this originally and ONLY the second deck sound was distorted. Of note, I just got the Cross Pack in the mail today and previously I have not experienced this issue with my set up.
Then tried using the line settings on my tables like here:
viewtopic.php?f=268&t=15646&p=125447&hilit=distorted#p125447
I have non-distorted sound coming out now but I have to turn the channel level, channel gain, and master volume almost all the way up to produce regular volume levels.
I do not believe it is the channel 2 input on the sound card, the ground, the calibration, my needles, my mixer (although admittedly that is a P.O.S.).
I'm out of troubleshooting thoughts and I really think it's something simple I'm just overlooking. Any ideas?
I apologize if I left out any necessary info.
Please bare with me.
