Mixer compatability

Hi there,
I need to buy a new mixer as the old one no longer works. I like the look of this mixer (http://www.chemical-records.co.uk/sc/se ... =VMX200USB) as it has the facility to also record back on your computer. I just wanted to know if this will work when using Mixvibes? Does anyone have experience/advice?
Thanks
DG

Hi,

-first: what´s your budget?
-second: the behringer will apart under your hands in no time, can´t recommend it all!
-third: gear shopping = shoe shopping for men  i luv shoes!

Edit: to stay under 100 bucks i can really recommend this one!

Hey,

I can agree with j-kut. The crossfader will defect after a few weeks of usage (depends on fading style).

But to the device (USB connection) I don't know which latence you can use with it but for DVS (vinyl mode) is it not practicable. You can rout 1 input and one output (a friend of my has it but is not happy with it).

So it is realy like j-kut said:

Christian is right,

no timecode-function with this mixer only input/output.
But you´ll probably get better soundquality using an audiocable from your mixer to the PC line-in anyway.

Thanks for the advice! Was looking for something around £100, I only need 2 channels as vinyl/mixvibes and a computer are all my inputs. Think I might go for essentially my first mixer from 15 years ago!

I beg you to buy the m.203.

Under 200bucks you wont find anything competing with it sound and crossfader-wise.
