Hi guys, thanks for all the help in sorting out serials, and other information.

But

It looks like i may sell on the full package, as its not living upto what i expected, had loads of crashes tonight, constant problems with controller connecting, problems with setting up soundcards, problems with files, problems with settings, the list is non ending.

How do i de-activate license so i can sell on the full package?
I thought it was going to be easy and simple to use, dont get me wrong i like the interface and loads of aspects of the system, but due to the problems, i dont have faith in the product playing out live to a full packed club/bar.

You can send a PM or email to N-deep, support@mixvibes or community@mixvibes. They will be able to take care of your request for you.

I'm sorry that you have had a bad experience with the software. Maybe if you can describe what is actually happening with the software, guys here on the forum might be able to help you out, one step at a time. Just a thought mate ;)

Hi Jim.

Maybe i've just not had the chance to use it so much, but it just crashed several times, the main times it was crashing was just after loading a track then hitting the play button on the controller was crashing it.
Both sides of decks, both with different tracks, so it wasnt just 1 specific track.

Could get the output routing right to use it as 2 players eg left deck and right deck into 2 channels into a external mixer.
Faffed on and only was able to get both mixed channels out of the one channel into mixer.

Which then brings me onto the next thing during the setup and messing about with the auto config, had to keep restarting software for changes to make place.

Couldnt find a way to have a 'Automix' style, as i was going to use this as a secondry system for the bars screens.

I've used PCDJ VJ for years without a hitch, simple effective, but lacked that 'extra'.
Virtual DJ (same engine as PCDJ VJ) yet again, just not enough features as there is in Vfx, hence the purchase, but since getting it, and not been able to use a trial version first, i wish i never as its to much on of hassles to set up for what i need.
