HELP - cant enter serial number in this forum [Solved]

I am looking for some technical support from mixvibes, I have created a profile as you can see, but when i enter the 20 digit serial/license key onto my profile, it advises incorrect serial ???
should i enter the serial on the software disc or something else, before i can get support ???
