Over the weekend, I upgraded my Producer to Vfx. When I inserted the key that was provided to me, I received an "Invalid License Key" error. I tried again and kept getting the same message. I still have a copy of my receipt. Help!

the license server has some problems. You can contact n-deep or support@mixvibes.com for your problem. They can help you with your problem.

OK, so it's been over a week and I have not heard from anyone about my serial number problem. Is there anyone on here that can help me get straighten out?

in Germany and I think in France too was this week holiday and a feast day. Today is also not a typical workingday so maybe wait until monday. After that post here again than I ask one of the team if they got your request.

Try today your license here & tell us the results... ucp.php?i=169 The server registration seems to work again. & true it was mostly a week off in France too, we enjoy early summer these last days.

Well, it's been 12 days and I still cannot get my software registered.
