PROBLEM USING MIXVIBES DVS Ultimate WITH U-MIX44

About 2 weeks ago i bought the citronic MPCD-X3 (x2) and the SMFX-200 with mixvibes DVS Ultimate. So basically i can't get this to work with mixvibes. I calibrate it and it recognises the two players whilst playing the control cd. The picture has 5 perfect waves which is correct according to other forums. Problem is i cant get the timecode quality off 0%. i am able to play and pause a song loaded on the computer through the mpcds, even though it is in CD source and is playing the mixvibes control cd :s. Whether this information helps you, i also realised whilst using the "install wizard" on mixvibes, that it skips step 7 and 9. Which apparantly comes up when you succesfully calibrate these. Please help me, i have tried everything

please do a config report extracted from DVS utilities Forum advises: "- Post a configuration report if you are having a technical issue (preferences > configuration report). make sure both needles are on the record and that your pitch is at 0." and first register your software "Register your software (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)" if you want a serious answer.
