First at all greetings to this community,
Well i just got this Cross Pack with the U46MkII, installed the software and it is Cross 1.4 version, i have been trying to download the latest version to upgrade to 1.5.2 but there seems to be a problem.
I get these messages when i try to get into the download for Cross section:

There are 2 unapproved downloads. Click here to proof them.

You have left 0 B traffic this month. Remaining overall Traffic for this month: 9981.11 GiB
There are overall 262 downloads with a size of 2.68 GiB / 100 GiB including 1 external Downloads.

Also have registered my license key in control panel, so i dont know what else to do. Any help?

If so then there should appear a badge under your user name here in the forums stating that you are a Cross user - as you can see under my username: Mixvibes Cross, DVS 7 and Vfx Control. Please be sure that the serial is in, you can see it in your profile. Otherwise fill it in again. If you did you have access to the update - promised

you can delete all cockies and login again on this side. Maybe it is than working. Sometimes the cockie is not saving all correct.
the forum has a function at the bottom of the page called "delete all cookies from the board". That should do the same.

Thanks for the help guys, it finally worked by only typing the license key without caps activated.

i tried doing that. i put my key in and everything but its not showing up... anyone know how to put the product key in right? (ive tried it about 9 different times)

What's your product ? What's your problem ?

Cross Numark iDJ3 edition has no update available.
Cross ION Discover DJ edition has only one update: 1.3.4. Check you don't already have it.
