HI, i got my son the ION discover DJ a couple of days ago and i was working fine on his laptop and on my desktop. There were 2 sound outputs. I tried to use a usb sound card to get the headphones working with it, anyway i couldnt work out how to get it working so i removed the usb soundcard but all my settings had changed within Cross discover 1.3.2. I now have only 1 output?? I have gone into devices and removed the drivers from the sound card, i have tried to uninstal and re-install the Cross discover software, i have tried a system restore, but nothing will make it go back to how it was.
I plugged the ion DJ mixer into my desktop and it has the same problem. Do you think the usb sound card has corrupted the external mixer?

When i entered the key that is on the back of the disc cover it said it is invalid!!!
