When I plug my headphones into the u46mk2 I do get sound and I followed the instructions but I can't get sound out of my mixer. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Have out 1/2 of u46 into line 1 of mixer (mixer is dn-x300) have out of 3/4 of u46 into line 2 of mixer. Using Numark ttx turntables. again can hear sound perfectly and scratch record out of u46 but it's like my mixer is a paper weight. lights come on on the mixer but Cross fader doesn't work neither does the channel volumes. Someone plz help.

Hi,
do you have Cross set to "external Mixer" in the audio-prefs?
it basically can only be a routing problem if you already have sound via the headphone out.
cheers

Unfortunately no, you have to find it in your room. The serial is the key to all updates and support so it is VERY important.

Cheers,

Ok so I made a mistake...had the inputs on my mixer set to line rather than phono so no mixer is fine and can hear music out of speakers now...hear a humming or buzzing kind of sound probably need to make a few adjustments though...funny thing is I could have sworn that I saw a tutorial video that said set mixer to line since it was a line level signal

Ok, so is it working now, or are you still having your issue? By the way you need to find your license keys as this will allow you to have support if you ever need it!
