Cross DJ 1.3.2 Controller Not Working

Bought this for my daughters birthday and the controller does not work. Lights are on but the keys don't respond. Tried on XP SP3 and Windows 7. Please help.

Hello,
What controller have you got ? Have you registered your software on the Forum to be able to download updates for Cross DJ.

Cross Discover DJ 1.3.2 and not Cross DJ...
You'd better see with Ion support as this seems to be hardware issue.

I've got the same problem, it's been plugged in and operable twice out of the 5 attempts, no reason to explain why it will work sometimes, and won't at others????
