Hello,

What exactly is your problem? You are using one turntable and want to mix only with one? Then the setup is ok. Whad do you mean with "Faders on mixer does not work". Do you mean that the DVS software not now your crossfader position and also the faders?

Your mixer is not a MIDI so this is not possible.

What are you meaning with that? That the Line in of the U-Mix 44 is connected with the output 1 of the mixer? or do you mean the U-Mix Output 1 is connected to one of the Line Ins of the mixer? Sorry for the kindly sounding questions but I don't understand you where the problem is exactly.

Can you please explane your problem more detailed?

regards
Christian

I mean that the crossfader and volume faders does not work on the software , which means I cant change the channel (just like when scratching on and off)

And I mean that my RCA Cable from Outputs in my U-Mix 44 are leading to the LINE inputs on my mixer. You can control levels and stuff like that but thats it , the faders dont work.

Any idea?

You think , you can control the software with RCA audio Connection ?

If you want to control Faders , crossfader ... etc .. Just one Thing : The MIDI Connection

Okay, look.

The Turntable itself is plugged into U-Mix 44 with RCA (Works)
Then I am going like that

Input 1(Mixer) To Input 1(U-Mix 44)
Input 2(Mixer) to input 2(U-Mix 44)

Then the U-Mix 44 is plugged into the computer with DVS Software and Mixvibes on it.

Thats what I meant , And the problem is that I cant control the faders in software by the hardware(Which is External Mixer).

Now how does that sound? Making any clues?

your turntable out (rca) go to the in put 1 on the sound card...the outputs from the sound card 1 & 2( rca) go to the left & right channels (rca ) inputs on your mixer

because you mixer is a audio only ( not audio & MIDI )
you cant not control the faders in mixvibes software from your mixer

you dont need to control faders , knobs & buttons in the software to get your mixvibes software working right with the setup you have

is the audio from decks 1 & 2 in mixvibes DVS coming out off one channel on your mixer...????????

have you set up mixvibes DVS for one turntable mode...??????

Yes this is not possible. For this function you need a MIDI controller where you can use the sliders and faders to controll it in the software.

So when you want to have your hole mixer usable in DVS you need an MIDI controller too. If you only want to switch the one turntable controll from deck 1 to 2 you can use your keyboard.

What exactly do you want to do? I mean what do you want to do? controll the gain, bas, treble, volume via a controller or the controll of the deck? What? Some more information would be helpful.

As I described above I want to Scratch , use the crossfader to switch the channels and do Cuts. You know what I'm saying? Thats all I really want , all the other things like controlling bass , treble and so on works on the mixer.
