Have a look here

viewtopic.php?f=268&t=19164

There you find "media issues" where your error is reported and where a solution is available.

Medias issues
Error code: "Can't load media error message - file to big to load....."
- DRM protected files? DRM = copyright-protected, those files can't be used outside the host application (usually iTunes or Windows Media Player).
- MPEG Layer 4 Audio format? Does not work when no codec pack for mp4 is installed. You can convert the mp4 files to mp3

This means that these files have some sort of Protection encoded into them (DRM= Digital Rights Management). These files will only play, in iTunes or Windows Media.

If you try to load or play these files in any other audio or media software then you may see this error.

You can use some sort of re-recording software such as Tunebite on these files

http://audials.com/en/tunebite/index.html

What this program does is re-records DRM protected files (at high speed) leaving you a un-protected mp3 which will play in any audio or media software. I don't know how legal this software is though

Some info here on DRM

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_rights_management

Hope this helps ;)
