U-Mix 44 problem

hi i just bought DVS Ultimate with U-Mix 44 interface, i installed everything properly but when i play deck 1 i get sound just from left speaker the same with deck 2 sound is only on the right speaker. i check all panorama settings but everything is ok, i have to mention i have windows vista sound from mixvibes is quiet and cracling i don't know how to fix it. please help!

Hey,

can you please post an Configuration report? When everything is running.
Then go preferences -> configuration report.

Then we can check whats going wrong. Please check also your set-up if every kabel is ok and not damaged and so on.

hi, i checked all cables. everything is working fine when i play my records without U-Mix 44. I've done everything as it is in mixvibes guide but sound from mixvibes is terrible. this is config please help me! ;D

Hey,

your config report looks normal. Which Driver do you have installed? the newest version or the version which was shipped with the package?

If it is an older please remove it and make a registry cleaning (please save the old registry first!) after clearing the registry install the new Driver from the board.

you can download CCleaner to clean the registry from old and not used stuff and before you clean it ask you to save the old one.

registry is clear, i will start from the beginning. what should i do first instal drivers or plug in U-Mix 44?

First install the driver. After that plug the U-Mix in your system. Than Windows should install the driver which you installed. After that the U-Mix should work normaly.

i have one more question. Is there any way to play my records when U-Mix - 44 is working? i don't want to change cables everytime i want to play vinyls.
