Cannot Analyse Media 1.3.2

Hey All:

I have version 1.3.2 with a Ion Discover DJ. At first, everything was fine but now I cannot get the media to analyze when I load a track in A or B, thus rendering the sync feature useless. I'll hit right click->analyze media and see the status bar to the left of the track, but when finished the MixVibes icon does not appear next to title on the list, nor the Beat analisys at the top of the page. I tried everything out on a home PC (with the exact same files), so I'm thinking it's a computer setting. Please help!  :!:

May be your user don't have permission for editing files in this folder or the UAC don't let Cross do.

I'm logged in with administrator privileges and attributes are set to read/write, still no luck.

what format are these files ?
Try to analyse with Cross demo 1.5 may be this is something fixed since then.

The files are a mix of AAC and mp3.

I downloaded the 1.5 demo. Everything works fine and it analyzes and syncs just like 1.3.2 used to, yet still no luck with 1.3.2.

Your 1.3.2 is now doing this on older files you used to play with or newer ones ?

The exact same ones. I'm using a select number (100 or so) of AAC and mp3 files off a USB thumb drive to guarantee that the file itself is not an issue.

I can guarantee too that the software didn't decided one day to not load/anlayze/play some files by itself.

Try re-install your 1.3.2 to see.

I reloaded the software and everything was fine with the first track analyzed, but every other track after that still has the problem. However, the BPMs are now showing on the list underneath that column.

Okay, I narrowed the problem down. The BPM analysis works only when I load the program straight after the install by clicking the “Run Cross – Discover DJ 1.3.2” box after the installation. If I open the program at any later time, the problem still persists.
