Home and U-Mix44 in Windows 7

Only in Win7 is the U-Mix44 with Home
out of work. Multisite
is the normal Windows driver
not detected. What I can do.
The same problem with DVS and Cross DJ,
when not using is the Asiotreiber.

Thank you.

If you want to take advantage of all inputs & outputs you need to use the asio drivers and settings.
Home version don't support asio.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. This is of course correct. With the ASIO
Driver everything works. Home is not ASIO capable, it is clear to me.

I use the U-Mix44 about Direct Sound in Home
for the first Channel and for the second channel i use a mixer with sound card (all Inputs monitoring via a headphone).

Under XP works the U-Mix44 via Direct Sound (one stereo channel) properly. In Win 7 - for exemple with the Media Player - operates the U-Mix44 without error also.

Only unter Win 7 in Home, DVS LE or Cross DJ shows the Primary Sound Driver / Direct Sound error message - not find the soundcard
(U-Mix44) - Error - no sound card. Why is that?

Thank´s,

websfly

You're right, I also have the issue in directsound "bad format", after a few tests, in came to the conclusion that this is on the U-Mix44 side and not on the software side.
