u46 mk2 connect usb problem?

u 46 mk2 i plug to my computer all usb not working led light not lights?i buy new yeasterday. I try connect to my other laptop is well not working pleas help :redface: :redface:

maybe try another USB-port - mine worked only on one of my three USB-ports...
