hi everyone this is my first time so go easy on me
i have a dell laptop with the standered ear phone and mic jack,
discover DJ mixing board, usb sound box, (sound card with one out put ) and speakers i feed from a normal 3.5 mm ear phone jack cable,
now i have no problems with the equipment .
at the moment i have my headphones pluged in to my normal head phone slot in my laptop, and my feed to my speakers through the usb sond box, but i can not hear the loading track and if i hit the head phone button on the screen it just plays out load on the main speakers at the same time as the current trak playing any one have any ideas ?

HEllo,

what you need is another soundcard to be able to route the master sound and the cue sound throught different channels. If you buy a usb sound dongle in addition to your already existing internal soundcard you can set both up with ASIO4ALL so that you can access both in Cross and configure it the way I described above.
Fisrst off you can try to use the headphone jack on the board (if there is one, I am not quite sure). If not please see the hints above ;)

Greetings,

Steve
