Cross 1.5 + U46mk2/U46dj 48Khz not possible

Hi Guys,

i just bought a DVS Pack mk2 in addition to Cross.
So far everthying works fine (DVS RC 7.4 on Windows 7HP 64Bit under Bootcamp)

But when i use the U46mk2 with Cross 1.5 (running on OSX 10.6.6) it wont allow me to change the sample rate to 48Khz.
In the settings it also says a U46DJ is connected. Is it the same as the U46mk2 or was i sold something old?

Edit: My U46mk2 also has silver screws, a friend´s u46 has black screws holding the housing...

If you go into Utilies/Audio MIDI setup from your finder, you will see that it is a OS limitation, not Cross.

Is this because of OSX 10.6.6, because i think i was able to get 48khz
with my friend´s u46 a couple of months ago...

Don't have 10.5 anymore to tell you but in my mind you have the choice between 44Khz / 6 outputs and 48Khz / 4 outputs.

i just did a new set up my mac on monday,
if i knew i would have burned the snow leopard dvd...

If I have some times, I'll try to do a dual boot 10.5 to check.

Just checked at my fiends place, it is snow leopard which sets a sample rate limit...but dont ask me why.

At least under Win7 and bootcamp 48Khz is no problem
