lost CD

I have the Discover-DJ set and had the program installed on my computer but I recently upgraded my computer but I seem to have lost the program CD, what do I do ?

Hello,

first of all please do this:

If you are a prooven Mixvibes user you can write an e-mail to Support@Mixvibes, only he can help you out of it but I am not absolutely sure. If you lost you serial with the CD then unfortunately you are lost... sorry!

I dont remember where i put my installation CD neither. ION should put a sticker sticker somewhere on the hardware, not only on the CD.

To thread starter.
When you registered yourself as a user on this board i think you had to fill in the serial number of the CD. That should be a good argument to get it back from them. If you don't get it back or they don't help you out please tell because i will never buy anything with their logo on again.

If he did not enter his serial into his profile there is NO WAY to get it back! Mixvibes only sees a blank entry, so what should they do then?

I have a doubt, but here is the first thing you see when you have register here on your first login with your freshly new created account :

Without this I can't give you your serial back.
