problems installing software

I am having problems installing the software it asks me for the serial number 1 (first turntable) and seriel number 2 (second turntable) but it keeps saying the seriel number is invalid why is this i am putting the number in and it will not accept am i using the wrong number i have just recently purchased the software and two dj-tech scratch 101 cdj's and have been unsuccessfull every attempt i have made to install i am using the seriel numbers on both cdj's and and have also tried teh seriel number on my software can somebody please help me with this problem so i can get to spinning

As far as I am informed your serials are on the back of the CD sleeve. If you have entered these and the same error occurs please write a private message with your issue and the serials to Support@Mixvibes or N-Deep.

so i contacted support and they told me to post on the forum aka ye ole run around

In case you didn't understand, I'm the same person on both (forum/email) and the security guy (serial/key/licence) is N-Deep.

You should have 2 licences key which is not the case, you actually have 1 licence and 2 product serial number so I will let N-Deep answer this or DJ tech.

well thats the only numbe ron the sleeve and nobody at dj-tech responds so pretty much leaves me with no options how do i get ahold of this n-deep and why can i not get anybody to help pme on this i gave all the info for the product they came together and all the numbers i already gave you

After we've checked in here, we found out that DJ tech misprint the serial.
They printed a DVS LE serial on a 3DEX LE cd sleeve.

so what would you reccomend me doing at this point how would i go about getting the right serial. i want to experience this product

DJ tech need to fix what they have done (messed to 2 products lists), we can't do nothing on our side.
We sell them serials in list, they print, stick, box and resell to consumers.
