The program and deck was purchased months ago and has been working great until a few weeks ago. I have uninstalled and installed the drivers and resinstalled the program. It boots up normally and everything is fine with the deck. Then as soon as it begins to load from iTunes the program crashes completely. i have updated my iTunes and everything on that end is working great. I am running a mac dual 2.4 ghz 4gb ram MAC OS 10.6. I also cannot click cancel during the iTunes upload because the crash happens so quick. Any help??? I am completely screwed because it has not been working and I use this on a regular basis for jobs. Thanks I have attached the report sent to Apple after it crashes below.....

I also recently downloaded the newest version of Cross 1.6 demo version to see if it worked and it didnt as well. Anyone have any idea what could be causing all of this?

Cross 1.6 ? Damn, I did 't even know I had already released 1.6 ....
I guess you meant 1.5 :)

No idea for now.
Could you please send me your iTunes xml file: ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml

Thanx.

I am having the same issue (v1.3.4 with my Numark iDJ3), is there a workaround or ETA on when a fix might be available. Without I am dead in the water.

If you import your files without iTunes does it still crash ? (it shouldn't).

Unfortunately there is no way to do that, when I open Cross it immediately looks for iTunes and there is no way to cancel it...or I can't get to it fast enough before it cancels.

If you rename the xml file of the iTunes library there will be nothing to check/load.

To confirm you are suggesting I rename the xml file each time it loads to avoid the issue? I will try that as a temporary workaround, though I would like to know when a fix will be developed.

Given the size of my iTunes library does needing to load it on a regular basis not mean I risk creating duplicates etc?
