calibration trouble asks pitch, hy,
New user; everything seems to work, i have nice round timecode circle expect i can't calibrate it because it says my pitch isn't 1 'ie pitch 0? Tried everything and the whole setup worked with other DJ software before.
probably this topic has been done before but after 2-3 hours searching for nothing, it seems better to ask!

Your pitch must be set to zero while calibrating. I mean the fader on your turntables or cd players. If this is the case it should calibrate.

Greetings,

Steve

hm...

Can you try to switch the turntables? Plug the left turntable to the second input (3/4) and the right turntable to the first input (1/2) to see if it is related to the turntables or the software. I guess, but this is nothing but a guess, that the turntable that does not calibrate is running slower than it should.

Greetings,

Steve

thx, but actually both of them can't be calibrated, anyhow i switched them and it didn't change anything. And no they are working, nice circles, but the pitched crazy, from plus ten to plus 50 bpm even. Just noticed that if i change from absolute to flex the pitch slider goes down (and bpm thus! but when a song i correct played at tempo, speed etc and i do back to absolute my bpm stays and pitchshifter goes with 50 procent down. Strange, and oh yeah i tried every side of timecode at every tempo 33/45 and different in and outs of my sound card, as adjusting the percentage of speed, tempo from 8 to 100 procent . Nothing helps, makes my Apple feeling windows, guess we'll be spinning oldskool for new year. cheers

The motu; i've downloaded/bought the software cause the demo was working with the motu, all my gear is in a rack(live and djstuff). But hey i got more confidence in your software writing skills then in my calibration skills so should there be a song loaded while calibrating and should i select A for turntable1 and B for the second or should i do that afterwards? kind regards
could you send a soundcard if i pay(if that means it works-cause i like your soft and especially the line switch)i kinda planned on using it friday so would it get here also?
