MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hi My son has jusy got the ion discover DJ system and i have loaded the software onto his laptop which is running windows 7 but i cannot transfer any music tracks into the playlist any ideas as my son is waiting to start mixing!

I have also just purchased the Ion Discover DJ. After Installation we cant even get the software to come up. We get the following

"Cross - Discover DJ program file has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I have also just downloaded the updates like the forum rules say and that still has no effect!!! I have read through the so called instruction cd and that has no answers even the trouble shooting section does not help and i cannot find any support telephone numbers has anyone else had the same problems and how did you rectify them??
The control deck seems to work when we turn the volume dials the display on the computer mimics what we are doing.
Feel very let down might even consider taking it back!!!!

I have searched through the forum but cannot find any solutions, what info is required? We are running windows 7 and we have got the ion discover DJ system with mixvibes.
Is it because we are on windows 7 as the disk only mentions vista as the lastest requirement?

From where : the collection, the explorer, iTunes ???

Support is closed on Sunday, and on Monday you're probably not alone waiting for some help.
