Yes I have two licences^^. But btw. I can't update other informations too until I delete both serials out of the box there. When I update an fild like working or Hardware there I got the message that my Serials are already in use and it is not updated.

So it is not working for me too.

It works, it is a simple procedure, here's what you need to do:
1 Copy both old serials + New serials
2 Copy your serials on a word-pad
3 Delete your serials (from your profile) and save your blank page
4 Copy your three serials and save them

Once this is done your good to go!

My problem is extremely simple. I do not have the software or key, even-though I bought an Ion Discover DJ from a chain store. So I am highly disappointed, and wasted my money (as the item cannot be returned).

thanks for replying so fast, mixvibes support is saying i need to register my product so that i can download software again, BUT i already put the serial numbers into my profile last year when i bought my U-Mix Control, have you heard of this problem before??

well your U-Mix is registered, so you should be able to download the software. (Go to Download-center)
