If you have a look at the forum rules you will realize first that you have to (!) register your software to get support. A lot of people do not know how to do so and because of that Support@Mixvibes did a quick guide for everybody who is having trouble. Here it is:

Hi.

I`m new here, registered my U-Mix Control serial (bought from pixmania) but still cant download updates and skins.
It says: you have 0kb download left in this month.

Sorry but I've forgotten the Serial number of my mixVibes U-Mix Control, how can I get another serial number or recover the first serial number? Sorry but I'm new, thanks.
