MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

I can't use the "Board" with my "Discovery DJ Computer System" It has 2 scratch wheels, play/sync etc, etc.. But when I plug it in, it just lights up and I cannot use it. And When I get preferances on my "Mixvibes Cross - Discovery DJ" Program it sais all of my keybindings are set to my keyboard. When I try and change them via: "Please hit the new key to change the binding" on the DJ board, nothing happens, and it doesin't even register it existing on my comp other than it lighting up. Please help!

I'm having the same problem. It worked for literally 5 minutes on my iMAC and now.... Nothing.

Please see with the Ion support as far as the software is working.

This isn't Ion support. This is the MixVibes forum. MixVibes provide the software but it's Ion that provides the hardware

welcome to MIXVIBES fourm, the software for your DDJ controler is a ver of mixvibes Cross, the hardware (the controller) is from ion,any issues that pertain to the hardware you have a better oppunity to get info from ion , being as there is very limited info on this fourm for the operation of the hardware,any prior posting about DDJ might give what info and solution that are avaible, if you take the time to regerstiar your software licence key on the fourm then certain benifits are avaible, the least is storage of said key if lost or misplacment occures, the best is updates to the software, and of course the oppunity to aid you with any issues you have with the mixvibes product again welcome to mixvibes fourm and Cross

I do understand that this is Mixvibes, however, my board is also not functioning properly. The software works great and I was curious if the hardware is just supposed to automatically work? Or do you set it up somehow using the software, like audio preferences? Ive tried many things to no avail. Also I have contacted ION support, but being Christmas and all, I do not expect a response anytime soon. If there is a way through the software that would be awesome, if not, ill take it up w/ ION when they get back to me.

the second half of my posting was most inportant please registar your software, being that i have little or no expericence with the controller iI dont have any info that might help check prior postings maybe that can be a resource to help untill futher info/ resources are avaible again welcome to mixvibes

The hardware is supposed to be plug & play but sometimes it fails to be...
