The number doesn't work as registration key!

Hi, I need some help with the registration key.
I have the number on the back of the CD-folder but when I type it in it says: Registration invalid.

Whats wrong? Do I have the wrong number or something?

What MixVibes product are you trying to register mate.

I can see that you have already registered a Mixvibes serial by the title of it under where your avatar picture is placed.

Or is it a different one

I fixed it! I had to turn off the internet-connection, then it worked
