Hi!
A week ago I bought a U-Mix midicontroller with mixvibes software. Today I needed to re-install the program and unfortunatly I lost my license key.

Is there anyway I can get my old key back or get a new one? I have registred my email to the key when I installed the program the first time and I have an ordercomfirmation where it says I succefully purchased you product.
Plus I can send you my productnumber ofor the U-Mix controller.

Help me out please, I really enjoyed yot product!

We can't do anything a this point, you should have register till the beginning, sorry.

But I registret my product with my name and my email when I first installed the program, if I'm not "registred" by that, why doing it?

part of registaring on the fourm has to do with the ability to save your licences key in a secure spot, which validates your software for updates,rc versions and different down loads not shure what info you put where, but if the licence key was not entered in the profile of the fourm then that avenue of recorse is closed

When you install the software connected to your midicontroller they ask for your full name and your email, I just wonder WHY they need my email if the product don't register anyway!?

There is a strong debate inside the company to make registration and recovery of the registration easier for all.
