Hey guys, just got Vfx up and running. Right deck shift and cue to establish a new cue point. More importantly I can't run an external mixer.
I followed the instruction and did exact, but everythin is still coming out of output 1. Nothing on output 2.
Thank you in advance,
DjBlast

Ok, in the manual is says: 1+2 deck one, 3+4 deck two. Instead, I should put 1+1 deck one, 2+2 deck two?

This is for external mode.
If you're using internal mode you need to set (switch off the auto config) :
Outputs : 2
Master : 1&2
Headphones : 5&6

Yes, I would am trying to run an external mixer. (1+2 deck one, 3+4 deck two) is not working. Both decks are summed in 1+2, even when I set 3+4 to deck two. auto config is off, decks set to 2. Is there another setting?
thanks

I re-installed mixvibes to get to version1. Output from deck 2 does not work there either. Seems like a hardware issue at this point. Any ideas?

it is very important to uncheck the box 'Enable the auto-configuration' into the préférences/soundcard menu.
Then your setting for external should be : asio 3 outputs.
1 : 1&2
2 : 3&4
3 : 5&6
then : channel 1 / Out 1 and channel 2 / Out 2 (look in the upper corner on the deck gui)
Even if you only use 2 outputs you need to set 3 if not, it won't work.

I managed to repair the MIDI settings for setting the cue on deck 2 (wasn't setting new cue points). It was pointed to deck 1 for setting the cue. simple.
Now, the pitch slider has never worked right. Both version 1.0 and 1.1 seemed to have the pitch mapped wrong. It bounces all over between 20 or so BPMs as your are sliding it up or down.
Can you please send me the correct MIDI mapping for the pitch slider?
Thanks in advance.

The MIDI file is in the MIDI folder : look on the cd or into the update file.
If you're having such strange behavior I guess :
- your file must be broken
- your controler sent weird notes
