I have a Ion discover DJ and I use the Cross LE and Home 7 software. I have the usb soundcard that came with Home 7 and it isn't an option for the second cueing output. I've tried it on both programs and nothing. It comes up in the drivers and I can set the primary sound to it but no cueing. Can anyone help?

You need to aggregate both soudncard as one to use them in asio.

Have asio4all both sound cards show up but still no sound coming from the cue output. Is there anything else I need to do in asio4all settings? Because there is not much to do in there.

in the file /preferences /audio set up tab in Cross you should be able to see if you have the home 7 sound doggle set up for cueing. use it myself to monitor Cross software.if its not in the drop down tab on the sc for cueing then you havent activated in asio for all, (this is assuming you have windows and not mac os) the instructions for asio 4 all should tell you to highlight the sc you want to use( probly your installed sc on comp and also the h7 sound doggle)if all of this is correct and you have your main coming out of the onboard sc and the cueing not coming out of the headphones attached to the h7 sc then it might be another issue just guessing by the limited info you have made avaible numerouse postings about ion and second sc issuesin the help/techinal support fourm it does work went down this road myself
