Hello,

I just got my IDJ3 today and have properly set up everything. Although for some reason the mixvibes software does not recognize the controller, and when i attempt to play a track it will skip very slowly. It is actually the identical problem as this guy but i still cant find an anwser. Any help would be great, thanks

how does it play if you select an other soundcard ?

If i choose my sound card in the laptop it sounds fine. I got it working the yesterday by continously trying to reopen Cross and pluggin in the idj3 but it still happens, like no i cant get it working again

If it work with your laptop soundcard then the issue is with the IDJ3.
Did you install the drivers before like stated in the manual ?
