What versions do you use ?
With Cross 1.5rc and iTunes 10 I don't have the issue.

Can you provide a screenshot ?

This means: "Do you use the latest version? If not, download it and try it again!". In this case the latest version is 1.5 RC. Download and try :!:

The latest official version is 1.4 and we are actually into 1.5rc, just before final release.

Checked with Cross 1.4 and nothing for me.

When you export your playlist from iTunes, are the track is the same order ?

EDIT : found it !
You have sorted by a column and the setting has stayed. Unfortunately there is no way of going back to the original sort type which is none.

You've got 3 solutions :
- delete your Cross.settings file but you will loose all your settings
- edit your Cross.settings file by removing the iTunes key
- wait for the imporvement of the collection (not on this 1.5 update)
