Audio out of balance when recording records on U46 MK2

I'm trying to use my Mixvibes U46 MK2 phono inputs to record records for my DJ collection with Adobe Audition in Windows 7 64-bit using the ASIO interface. When I do this, the audio in the right channel records too high and clips a little bit while the audio in the left channel is perfectly normalized. I have also noticed that when I'm using Mixvibes DVS with the U46 MK2, both outputs are stronger on the right channel than the left channel. What I usually do when I play out is adjust the pan on my mixer to compensate, but this is not something I can do when recording records. It seems to me like there's either a glitch in my box, or the driver. Unfortunately, the Mixvibes Control Panel does not allow me to pan inputs or outputs, because the left and right channels are ganged on all of them. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it or compensate?

P.S. I tried to adjust the balance by going into Windows recording devices and opening up the properties dialog for the U46 MK2. Under levels, there is a balance feature, but it does not seem to have any effect when I'm interfacing with ASIO.

I was able to start recording records by using Audacity and interfacing through Windows DirectSound. It allows me to control the balance through Windows Recording Devices properties dialog. I have to set the right channel to 64 and the left channel to 100 in order to get it to balance. This issue is causing all kinds of problems for me in ASIO mode, so if there's anything I can do to remedy it, I'm open for suggestions.

If you have troubles in software mode and in direct mode then there is 2 cases :
- cables are defective
- soundcard outputs are defective
