I have the same problem here.
The last time i used it was at a club, the other day at home there was no signal, "check needle" it said.
I reinstalled the v3 driver, no succes, uninstalled Mixvibes, cleaned register and than reinstalled Mixvibes with all its updates, still no signal.
When i connect my turntables directly to the mixert i can here the DVS signal loud and clear, i can hear it also when the turntables are connected to the soundcard (u46) but still not in use, so the problem is not situated in the turntable.

Both of you are having the same issue.

if you play a sound from the virtual decks (vinyl off on the gui), does it outputs on the U46 as it should ?

when i have vinyll off , i can not play decks from DVS. When i press play nothing happened. In bypass mode i hear beep sound from A and B turntable right same result with normal vinyl. Same in windows i can play sound over U46 channel 1 so drivers works good. May be i dont understand what are you exactly asking for.. my english is terrible sorry  .

There is something wrong in your setup as you both have a proved and reliable software where we aren't at all in an experimental alpha stage.
As I know DVS works perfectly so I think you miss something.
You have no sound coming from mp3 decks and mixvibes. With the config report I have seen this is incredible if the setup is well done. But in vinyl mode there isn no setup done as both deck are at Odb that's true it can't work like that. The U46MK2 is a good sound card and your computer see it in Asio. I never thought your situation in years except when the plugs aren't in their good positions. So check your wiring to your mixer. The 2 outputs of your U46MK2 must be line one & 2 on your mixer. The output of your mixer must go to your amplifier & loudspeakers. The inputs of the U46MK2 must go to the outputs of your turntables. You don't have a driver problem as they are well recognized.
With the elements I got from you on this forum it's all I can say now to help you.
