hello,

Forum rules
- Register your software (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)
- Go to the download center and install the latest versions of software and drivers

I have just bought Cross le
I don't think you can manage time code with this version. You must upgrade to Cross (full) first.

You didn't bought Cross LE with a U46mk2 soundcard.

You bought a U46mk2 soundcard bundled with a Cross LE version : this is not a complete DVS system.

So I tried Th demo of Cross and it works with only 2 problems.
1. when you go to scratch it just keeps going in the 1 direction and when you press cue it does not go to the start of the track that only happens on the right hand cdj

2. on the left hand cdj the sound is nice and loud yet when I go to play the right hand cdj and put the crossfader to the right it is very quite I have it set on external mixer.

So do I have the wrong sound card? or just the wrong software?

does the u46mk2 soundcard only work with some of the mixvibes software or what?
Please Help it is confusing.

Thanks to everyone who has answered so far. :)

You must be in absolute mode into Cross and no master tempo on the cdj.

Fixed it!
most simple mistake I have ever made I have it pluged into line on the mixer but had it switched to phono.
Thanks to everone who has helped.

Now that it is working I have found that I really like the mixvibes software .
