Can't Connect Vinyl to Cross

I have Cross 1.3.1 on my new MacBook Pro. I use the Mixvibes U46MK2 with an external mixer.

The software works fine for lines - but I cannot connect my Tech 1200.

The BPM is very slow under 10. When I try to CALIBRATE it in preferences it says the "Stereo Input Signal is Abnormally Unbalanced, Please check the connections."

I did check the connections - the line from the turntable goes to Input 1 and 2 on the MK2. The corresponding outputs go to my mixer. The line is connected to the Ground post.

I am using the control records that I got in the DVS bundle - is this my problem? PLEASE HELP - I would like to use vinyl tonight.

Can you replace the cinch cable from your turntable to the mixer? Unbalanced input means to me that there is something wrong with the signal from the tts to the mixer. I am not sure if you can replace them, at my technics I could not :-(
Maybe it is the needle! Be sure that it is working well! Screw it off the tonearm, blow away the dust or dirt that may be on it and screw it back. Also be aware that the needle is connected correctly to the system.

Don't forget to register your soft Cross to access to the download. Add the serial over the Producer serial & click ok! Both serials will be kept. ucp.php?i=169
