Is there a way to "park" licence activation?

I would like to reinstall and change partitioning on my Win 7 desktop and try Win 7 on my old notebook.

I have activated DVS on the notebook and due to my fault (changing motherboard, installing XP, and then reinstalling Win 7) two times (?) on my desktop...

Before I proceed with experimenting I would be glad to know:

1. Is there a way to "park" an activated licence in a file, or to deactivate/give back (like Adobe handles it) the activation to MixVibes and reactivate DVS via internet? (Talking about the same computer)

2. Is there a way to migrate the licence from one PC to another? (Just for future plans)

Thank you in advance for any advice.
