More keyboard mapping ??? cross1.4

Happy with the original mapping 
Have added some other controls.ie player gain up/dowm using numeric lock #9 /up, #3 page dn for player 2 using numeric lk #7 /home/up ,#1 /end for dn on player 1, have bass kils for each player on #4 and #6 respectively. now my question is how to control the pitch slider like the mouse does, have tried mapping bend up/down, fine pitch up/dn, but do not have the presets to get a incremental increase/decrease like i got by mapping the monitor volume and also the gaim controls, am i missing something or is there a different control/mapping for the pitch slider thanks in advance
