[solved]My timecode is unstable - Help Please

Hi Guys,
Ive just upgraded my PC with windows 7 ULT from home premium.
Ive installed Producer 7.21 and 7.4RC. Windows 7 is fully updated.
Both MV update versions have the same issue as does the version I installed initially from disk (Pro 6)
I have a Mudio delta 44 with latest drivers (5.10.0.5074)
Here is my config report..

In short this is my problem, hope this makes sense..and, advance apologies if the description seems drawn out..I'm aiming for the least amount of queries to minimise time spent on the post
Ok so everything is set up as usual all the settings are where they should be...VINYL Calibration goes fine initially..
Then after a random amount of time.. Anything between a minute or so to, at very most 15 miuntes, the timecode quality drops. Best way I can explain it is this...(and dont think its dodgy cabling please!!! Ive done everything possible with the cabling to ensure that end of the deal is tight, besides my XP partition runs with exactly the same set up without a hitch!)...Think of the time code quality in the same vain as a set of headphones where everything sounds OK then due to a dodgy connection on your player or and your headphone cables you hear a crack and you left with one headphone or two with one glitching - thats when the spiking on the waveform kicks in - and no, the left/right channel audio levels are fine, its purely effecting the timecode (driver I hear you say?)... Based on my long time with this software I'd guess this is a software glitch of some sort..possibly with the driver..maybe one of those awfull unexplainable windows glitches or a hardware setup that for some reason the MV isnt happy? ----Do bear in mind though bar the Madio Delta 44 drivers this is the first thing installed onto a fresh W7 install!!....Bloody annoying...I think its a trial and error thing but if I try any more conitations of the ways I install the software or drivers and multiple settings in Windows its-self to try and accomodate a working install I think I'm going to lose it - If I do crack it however there a decent image creation app waiting hoping for some luck lol. Hopefully its a silly setting Ive missed but pretty sure its not. Writing here is a last ditch attempt before as much as I love MV I go and hunt down another software vinyl digi solution (perish the thought) that wont drive me nuts outside the XP platform (and yes, I know theres lots of succesful Windows 7 users out there including me before I thought it was a good idea to upgrade from home premium to Ultimate!) - Although I must say as Ive seen this exact same problem but somehow sussed it by fluke and quickly took an image before it went mad again. Now I want to make this shizzle work on princaple.!
To explain further (if your not bored yet) In the vinyl/cd tab in the options the wave form displays strange spikes and they mirror each other in both decks - this is the sign of the issue if I monitor the waveforms in that screen. If one channel goes, then its the same for both. I have brand new vinyls and stylus.
Image of waveform when spiking..

Should look like this,,,

Main issue is I've upgraded to 7 ULT from Home Premium so I can't really revert to that now using my 'rescue image' without making my O/S investment defunked...I hope someone out there can help me stay onside and protect my investments as there are a couple of features on the Ultimate version I genuinely need and I dont really want my DJ software dictating my OS.
If anyone one could help me resolve this then I would be eternally greatful.
ps..
I have set windows setting to 'adjust for best performance' and adjust for best performance of 'background services'
I have 3GB of Ram and running a p4 3.00GHZ (HT)
Cheers,
Melv
