Hello, no doubt this is a common query but I have lost the serial code for the software that came with my ION Discover DJ kit. I have just purchased a new laptop so have been prompted for the serial key again, is there any way I can be sent a serial key?

Well, I have checked into your profil information and there is anything recorded.
You should have create this account from the beginning and put your serial number in. But you didn't, so now : it's lost...

Come on deenay! Don't blame somebody else for YOUR mistake! If you buy software you have to know one thing: you buy the serial! If you loose the serial you loose the software. This is fact everywhere: Microsoft, Apple, Serato, Native Instrument, Steinberg,...every software seller. The world is bad and the devil is a squirrel
