Hello my problem is that I have just purchase a new Ion DJ mixer and it included MixVible Cross Discover DJ 1.3.2.

I am trying to connect my earphones but not able to cue my songs, when I go to the Audio options and select my Primary Sound Driver the only options I get are the following Output 1 Left/Right, Routing Mode: Simple Stereo and for the Sound Card Output 1 Right for Master and the same for the Cue option.

My Laptop is an Acer 6920 CPU Intel Core 2 T5750 2Ghz 4GB of Ram Windows 7 64-bit and my Sound card is a Realtek version R2.51 I have 2 output one is for the earphones jack and the other is for the Digital High definition S/PDIF

Please help with my problem

  welcome, the first thing you need to know is if your sc is multi channel, more than two outputs to the speakers, if it is not then you will need a second sound card to use for the monitoring, check the help section of the fourm for sound card issues and proper configeration, numerous topics solving the same issues,,  any other info you might want to put in the posting to help us solve this for you,

You probably need to build a virtual sound card :

-With a PC use ASIO4all software (driver) and combine multiple devices (external and internal or both external SC) to build a new virtual SC with twice more outputs (one from each of them).
-With a mac go to "Applications" then to the toolbox and use the "audio and MIDI configuration" application. Then you can create an aggregated device by combining multiple SC.

Once you did that you can select this new virtual soundcard within Mixvibes and select for the appropriate routing pattern using all the available outputs.
